Bookings

Due to the limited group size of these tours, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Transfers

If you cannot attend, your reservation may be transferred to another date (subject to availability) or given to another participant.

Weather and Guide Cancellation

Tours operate in normal forest weather conditions typical of the Mount Shasta region. In the event that a tour must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Minimum Participants

Group tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
